Born in 1982, I hit the digital timeline right as tech was finding its soul. My first computer was a Commodore 64 in ’86. No manuals, no mentors — just raw curiosity and a deep need to make things work better.

While most kids were playing with action figures, I was reverse-engineering motherboards and dialing into BBS boards over screechy modems. This wasn’t a phase — it was my origin arc.

While other teens were collecting baseball cards, I was collecting hexadecimal codes and bending video game physics to my will. Game Genie? I wasn’t just using cheat codes — I was engineering my own.

I lived on the bleeding edge of mIRC, buried deep in channels where new tech, zero-day exploits, and unreleased apps were passed around like secrets. That era didn’t just shape me — it launched me.

At Louisiana Tech, I wasn’t just a student — I was the unofficial IT department for half the campus. I’d knock out tech problems between classes while deep in the weeds teaching myself VB and C++.

By the time I walked across that stage with my CIS degree, I wasn’t just graduating — I was already outpacing the syllabus and halfway into building the next chapter.

From call center troubleshooting to sole IT admin across multiple companies, I built entire IT operations from the ground up. Then came MUSC — enterprise tech, VMware, P2V migrations, automated scripting.

That momentum landed me my first contract with the Department of Defense in 2010. From dorm room hero to federal systems architect.

I rose through the ranks from hands-on IT Manager to Director of IT, and then to Chief Operating Officer, commanding everything from infrastructure overhauls to enterprise-level transformations across healthcare, finance, and federal systems.

DevSecOps, cloud architecture, enterprise modernization — I came in, leveled up teams, crushed roadmaps, and left tech stacks better than I found them. Not chasing titles — chasing impact.
